A red wine for summer
In the glass, deeply dark with purple and blue-black reflections. On the nose, notes of cherry, blackberry and blueberry. On the palate, nice freshness, present tannins with an accent of tobacco and dark berries. A beautifully restrained finale, that opens then on blueberry notes with a hint of sloe. Dry, light, and fruity.

Weathered limestone with a high iron content
Vinification
Harvested early in the morning the grapes are not destemmed and placed directly into stainless steel tanks as whole bunches to preserve their freshness and fruit. Carbonic maceration is followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. After gentle pressing, malolactic fermentation takes place, before the wine ages for around six months in a concrete egg, gaining definition and suppleness.
